Very friendly, family style environment near Watertown, NY. I have no complaints. They were able to get me a new furnace installed within 24hrs, right before multiple days of -20⁰F weather. They keep my propane topped off, although the fuel recovery charge each time seems a bit much, I'll take the peace of mind over other companies that may or may not come to fill your tank when you need it most!

Mike was great at setting us up with gas back in 2017. Very informative and personable. Brian has been great at fixing our furnace when things go wrong. He explains everything also. The girls in the office when I call are great. You never let us run out of gas. I believe in this company.

The service tech was a wonderful gentleman. He was prompt and made sure we knew what we needed to know. He had to come twice because we misplaced the key and couldn’t get in. He was very kind to us while we were frustrated with ourselves.
