I contacted a Superior Budget and Energy Specialist, Lynn Ambrose, both last year and just today to help me understand my budget plan for last year and next year. She has thoroughly answered all my questions and been extremely helpful. I asked her to find out why my budget plan price went down this year, and to put all information regarding end of year and upcoming monthly payments, in an email. Price is getting a little high and the fuel recovery fee is a pain, however the service is extraordinaire. NY is charging you all ridiculous fees that are passed down to consumers, time to push back against NY.
