I like to call the local office in Watertown NY. I prefer to speak with them as they are so very helpful and accommodating. I have never once had a bad experience with any persons in this local office as they are so friendly, kind and most knowledgeable about any concerns I have had. We are all living with inflation right now and it appears the staff at the Watertown, NY office is very understanding and willing to check into any program that may be helpful. Also, the delivery people are just amazing! We live somewhat remote, and we try to keep our private road, which is on a hill, cleared from snow and ice for the delivery person. They are so appreciative that we do that, and we appreciate their attention and friendliness... that job can be hard in the winter! We have been locking in our price for a few years or better now and we think that because of the LOCAL people we deal with for our propane that we have made a great choice. Kudos to the LOCAL staff for doing the job right, your company should be using you as an example!
