Best carpet cleaning service I've ever had. The carpets dried quickly, they are cleaner than ever and the service was outstanding! I'll be telling everyone I know to use Zerorez. I plan to start having my carpets done regularly, price is right and quality is the best I've ever seen. (I've used several other companies in the past, but never more than once) I'll be using Zerorez from now in! Thanks

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have a 4 year old carpet that we clean once a year. We have no pets, no children, but we do collect everyday dirt :) After your visit we still had spots and walking path after your service. The spots my husband easily removed after your visit with Hot Shot spot remover I believe it's called. We typically use Williams carpet cleaning but because of the hype on 102.7 about your great stain removing and zero residue we thought we'd give you a try. Service guy was great. Thank you
