I did have a charge on my service that was wrong and was told I would be refunded $33.00 but have not seen the refund on my credit card yet and it has been a week and a half. Would appreciate having more communication if there is a problem with the refund.

Ivan did an amazing job! He was very professional and appeared confident in what he was doing. I needed some help moving my larger, heavier furniture off the carpet, Ivan went out of his way and helped me which was very nice of him. He went straight to work from the moment he arrived and did a great job. I was super excited to finally have my carpets cleaned! He is definitley a great asset to your team!

Very timely, thorough, and the technician explained everything. The carpets dried very quickly and there was no residue of any kind left over.

I have used your server but last time I was very dissapointed by the work James did.the carpets had clean and dirty patches and the dirty water leaked from the truck into my new drive way.
The tech David who came was really nice and made me feel comfortable. He explained the process and how it work. Offer me different choices to allow me to choose. He was through and timely and I love the way the carpet turned out.
Appeared almost odorless, carpet wasn't over saturated and was very pleased with results.

Basically every spot is back. We were charged extra for treatments for our pet stains and it didn't work. Literally the carpet is almost as bad as it was $300 ago. Now we will try another company. No I wouldn't recommend this company.

job well done, carpet feels like new again, all pet hair and stains are gone. Ivan was very professional and thorough.
The technician that performed the work did a really great job. He was friendly and went above board to please me. He was late to our appointment due to the previous job which took a lot longer than expected. So he accommodated me by doing the living room first and setting up fans to dry it faster.

I really appreciate the job that Jim Sall did on our carpet. This is our 3rd or 4th time to have zerorez to clean our carpet and by far this is the cleanest one we had, Topnotch! He was very thorough and never did he rush his work.
