Great products and service. Edwin did a great job on my carpet.

I liked the way Tara handled my carpet request. She was very understanding and professional. The guys that cleaned my carpet was very personable very good at explaining what they were doing and knew your products. I was very happy with the outcome of my carpets considering there was pet stains. I also got a couple of your products and so far am really happy with them. I will be using you again and telling my friends. You have GREAT employee's working for you here in the Tri-Cities.

Jim was very polite and asked up front if there were any problem areas on the carpet to address and let me know the area rug would be an additional fee. He was dog friendly as I have two little dogs to contend with on carpet cleaning day. The carpets look great!!!

The products did not leave a chemical odor and my home had a very fresh scent.

I am not sure, we have noticed that one of our spots that you cleaned is showing signs of returning have been watching it before calling you.

It was fast and cleaned the carpets well.

I am 70 yrs. old so the weight was perfect. The ability to get leaves out o9f my flowerbeds instead of raking is so great. It just sounds like the perfect tool for me and my stage of life.

I have used zerorez before and all was great. The young fellow who worked this time was a very very nice man. I do not want him to get into trouble or even know that I had a problem with his work.
It may have been, in part, a problem with the machine he was using. My carpet was left with mounds of carpet and pad in the middle of the floor and soaking wet. it took 24 hours with fans and the heat on to dry. Also I had him clean the open stair cases and now have over spray to clean off of walls and windows. I also had him clean my couch and recliner made of faux suede material and I had soaking wet furniture with single track water marks that I had to later fix myself. I don't even know how to make things right. $430.00 is a lot of money. I was so pleased the first time I used zerorez but I'm afraid I may not do this again.

My carpet looks fresh and clean. Its not stiff,it feels nice on my bare feet.The young man who did the job was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He got the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate that. I also appreciate the office letting me know approximately
what time he would be at my home. I will use Zerorez again.

Great job, all of the spots were removed and the carpets look and feel amazing!

After the cleaning we checked the carpet with our black light and were still able to see cat urine. We were hoping it would clean better. When we use our own pet cleaner and spot clean we are unable to see the spots afterwards. We were thinking your cleaning would be better than our spot cleaning so we were disappointed. The technician was very nice though and he did do the stairs for free. And overall the carpets do smell better.

I realize that our carpet is not new - so hard to make it look that way. However, the two noticeable complaints are that not all the spots were treated - and showed up - and these were not 'pet' stains. I took my 'Resove' stain remover - treated the spots- and they were ok. The other complaint I had was that your machine did not go 'under' the kitchen cupboards causing stains, etc not removed.

Did a good job and took there time.
