The second technician that came out to do our carpets was excellent. This time he used a brush machine and scrubbed the carpets which made the carpets look wonderful. I am very happy with what he did. Thank you.

The guys were great! The very, very old carpet is much improved, and the pet stains minimized.

My only issue is that it was unclear to me that none of the furniture would be moved. Normally that would not be an issue, but I had just finished painting and virtually nothing was in its normal location. For example, furniture was moved away from the wall 6-12 inches. Glass dining room table top was perched on a footstool and sitting in the center of the living room. Now that furniture is back in location, the dirt and stains in the center of the room are visible. Nevertheless, Edwin told me he can sort that out when he returns to do the remaining rooms.

Our tile cleaning was amazing! Will definitely use this service again--but the carpet is not as clean as I would have expected. It seems that a little more time and attention to detail would have served me better.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We saw little to no improvement in the cleanliness of our carpet. The technician was able to get out one stain but left the main traffic areas unnoticed. Also, we now have dark spots in certain areas where there wasn't stains originally. The main point in us choosing to get our carpet cleaned was to hopefully clean the main traffic areas in which the technician or zerorez has failed at. It leaves us feeling like we threw 100 dollars away. To make it right we would love the main traffic areas recleaned and maybe spend more time on trouble areas like that. I usually spend more time vacuuming my carpet then the technician spent steam cleaning it. Thank you.

Quick and easy to schedule a cleaning. This is our 2nd time we have used you. Robert has done an excellent job both times and we will have you back to do our outside patio in a month or so. Great job and kudos to Robert.
