serviceman looked clean and professional. Quick and efficient
It clean my carpet very well with little water left in the carpet. I am very interested about the duct cleaning.
I mostly like the fact that there is no soap or chemicals used. The young man that did the work was very nice and helpful and courteous.

The techs were fantastic, informational, courteous and professional. Work was done timely, price point was great and carpets look as best as could be expected. Only downside is we couldn't walk on carpets at all last night without white socks getting damp. It has now been 24 hours (appointment commenced at 3:30 pm) and there are still a few damp spots. In hindsight, I would have waited for an early morning appointment had I realized it would take so long to dry. I won't hesitate to use Zerorez in the future.
The man was very responsible, timely and is a hard worker. I have asthma and the cleaning did not increase my asthma problems. The carpet is very clean and it was done for a reasonable price.
Our Service Tech Edwin was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. He also mentioned other types of services that zerorez offers. One being the cleaning of the ducting system in my home, which I included along with getting my carpets cleaned. Edwin has a dynamic personally and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Technicians have always been professional and they are careful to not damage anything. First tune I used zerorez we had an issue with our ducts afterwards. Zerorez came out for free and after investigation it was no fault of zerorez.

The floors are left really wet and take so long to dry. Also, a 4 hour arrival window isn't that convenient.
My tile floor that looked terrible came out looking great,,,much better than I expected! The service man was very polite.and helpful, I will definitely use Zerorez again.
The technician showed up exactly on time and explained the services to be performed that day. He completed five rooms and three closets of carpet, plus one room of tile in under 2 1/2 hours. The place really looked good.

Carpets were wet a lot longer than expected (12 hrs), grass was burned and killed next to truck (and we're trying to sell), a line was burned into the grass by the hose and the carpet was loose and needed to be stretched after you were done.
