It was great being able to get my service the same day I called in. Devon our technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The carpets feel so soft and clean and only a couple of hours to dry.

We had our carpet and couches cleaned and have used zerorez for carpet cleaning a few other times. The carpet turned out great, I love that there is no residue after. With our couch, we got the pet treatment as our dog has had accidents before. The couch looked clean but still smelled, even after a few days of drying. I just recleaned it myself today (a couple weeks later) and pulled up tons of dirt. Not sure what the standard is for couch cleanliness but I had higher expectations since the carpets have always come out great.
No chemicals or soaps are used, eliminates the odors sometimes left behind.

We've used Zerorez a handful of times in our new house and we're always really pleased with the service. Carpets get clean and look/feel great afterward, and they definitely dry noticeably faster than the old days when we used other cleaning services. Highly recommend!
Cleaned my 15 year old carpet . Turned out amazing
I like the Zerores empowered water for cleaning the carpet as it does not leave a residue to attract dirt. The pretreatment used is also very effective. I also like the carpet protectant. Your service technician Davyn cleaned my daughter's carpets on September 27, 2018, and we are very pleased with his work. He is very thorough and knows the Zerores system and its products, and is a good sales person. Davyn is very professional, and we have scheduled Davyn to come back again on October 10, 2018 for more carpet cleaning.

The carpets look and feel so clean and fresh! There is no chemical smell or “crunchy” feel like there has been when we,be used other companies. We had some tile done this time as well. I was shocked at how clean it came. The tile and grout looked new!
I scheduled the cleaning of our building at certain time and they came 2 1/2 hrs after the time scheduled. :(
I have used Zerorez for several years and the results have always been excellent. Carpets are clean and dry much faster than other carpet cleaners I've used.
Technicians are friendly and do a good job. We did have an arrival time problem this last time. No one's fault I think.
The tech did a great job cleaning the carpets, his name is Devyon. the carpets were very dirty and surpassed my expectations. he was very friendly and informative. I had a front yard faucet that leaked but Devyon did not know that, there was a small flood in the back bedroom which was NOT his fault. He did a great job to suck up the water and put down some solution. But i was very pleased with the service.
The service was everything it should be. We asked to have additiona rooms and stairs cleaned at the last minute, and the technician was willing to stay until 7 pm to do this for us. He was very pleasant and profession. I give him a 10/10 as well.
