The technician was very good at his job, polite and nice and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied.

Setting the appointment was easy and i was kept informed as to exactly when you would arrive. The cleaning was done completely and quickly. I like that there is no residue left in the carpet so it soft and usable shortly after it is cleaned. Daniel was very informative and helpful.
Kudos to your technician,,,he was great...very careful, very methodical, very kind and respectful, and very good at answering all my questions. I do have one area near the basement door that did not get cleaned and it is soiled. Overall I am very pleased, but would like to get that area redone. It is pretty small, however, so maybe by hand rather than by machine. I have always liked your cleaning method, but your employee was a pleasure to have in our home.
Customer service was great. The service was great. It was easy to schedule. They keep u in the loop the whole time. And the of course the finished product met my expectations.
The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable and professional. My carpet is over 20 years old and came out looking beautiful.
Nothing was done wrong, just more expensive than I planned, and for what most people can afford. It was $60 for a pet enzyme, and 20 for a small walk in closet. Adds up, just hard to afford.
Very through and efficient...your technician was great and gave us excellent customer service and I will using you again and of course recommending you to my neighbors.

The Zerorez technician arrived at my home on time.
We did a walk down of my home and the area I wanted him to concentrate on.
he got started and when finished he explained to me the amount of time it would take for the carpet to dry and when I could walk on the cleaned carpet.
This technician whose name was Zack was very consistant and did a excellent job.
I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. They know what they are doing.

First time I have used it, but the technician (Matthew) was very professional and fast at his work. He was also very knowledgeable about the type of carpet we have and the best way to treat it for pet stains and high traffic areas.

Tech Nick was very kind and careful. I like That the pad under the carpet does not get soaked. Dries fairly quickly.

The individual who cleaned our carpet was very friendly, competent, professional and did an excellent job. It was a complete no hassle experience and if possible would like to have the same clean our carpet in December when we plan on having it done again.

I had our carpets cleaned yesterday. Zerorez did a fantastic job. Their people were professional, on time and very friendly. I called on Mondayto make an appointment and actually got an appointment for Tuesday. There were parts of my carpet I was sure would never come clean but they did. Our carpets are 20+ years old. I like the friendly customer service and the technicians that came out were very respectful and knowledgeable. They were courteous and wore the booties over their shoes and explained everything they were doing.

Great carpet cleaning service
It started of with an exact on-time arrival. My text (which I appreciated) said the technician would arrive at 8:10. at 8:10, the doorbell rang and there he was. He was very efficient, explained everything and showed me the problem areas.
I've had the carpet cleaned before by someone else and could not tell that they cleaned the carpet. It was a waste of money to use someone else. I was so impressed by how clean the carpets looked using Zerorez.
Your Workman rushed through the job. I don’t think they did a good job.
I used zerorez years ago and thought they did a great job. I was sorry to see the company change so much.

They way it gets clean no soap love that and drys fast
