I love the fact that Zerorez provides chemical free products that don’t harm my little ones, yet they smell very refreshing. My carpets were dry and super clean an hour after completeting the cleaning service so no soaking wet socks for our little fam! Fernando was great and had excellent customer service so comforting and trustworthy that we actually went furniture shopping while he stayed back to cleaned our carpets. I will definitely be referring Zerorez to my family and friends!! Thanks guys ❤️

The first cleaning didn't clean our carpets. I pulled up three full tanks of dark sludge water with our home carpet cleaner using just water. Our floors still looked dirty. The surface stains diminished but they were very obviously not clean. we opted to go with professional cleaners prior to moving into our new house to get a good deep clean, theoretically better than what we could do with our residential cleaner. Since it was such a poor job the first round we did request a second cleaning but that happened after we had moved furniture in so was more limited in what could be cleaned. We put off moving for a week so we could move in on clean carpets and liked the idea of using your services because of the lack of chemicals. Unfortunately, we were let down and still had to move in on dirty carpets.
The guys were clean and respectful and were wonderful to have in the home. They protected the corners of my walls, wore boot covers and didn’t arrive smelling like smoke!
Super clean carpets! Service was exceptional! Kya made sure I knew what he was going to do and why. His customer service skills are excellent! I look forward to having him come back next time!
DEVON is the best! Like all rug care companies, I am sure they're all trained to upsell, and unfortunately probably rated on that, instead of customer satisfaction. I made it clear from the outset that the upsell wasn't going to work, but if he had specific things he thought might be of benefit to me, I would consider them. This time, because the dogs are rolling around in a particular area, he recommended a treatment, which I bought. GO DEVON!

Kya was wonderful and so knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. It was discovered during his initial walk through that there was urine spots in the carpet. I have no pets and haven’t had any pets since I’ve lived in the condo. I have lived here at least 8 years, so who knows how long the urine had been there. I paid for the biological agent to get the urine up. He made it sound that the agent would bring it right up despite the length of time. How very wrong. In the room where it was the worst the agent did nothing. I used a black light tonight and it is still all over in the carpet. So what I thought I paid for was a waste of money. I now have to use my weekend to try getting it up because now that I know it is there I cannot just ignore it.

I appreciated not being "upsold" and that the technician was very knowledgeable.
I was upset that my heavily trafficked areas didn't turn out better. My house is 7 years old so the carpet isn't new but I was hoping that more of the dirt and oil would come out. Maybe you guys need to pretreat with some Super Clean degreaser or something that can break those oils down.
But in general I was happy about how my carpet came out.
I’ve had cleaning done twice and the technician has always been nice and seemed to do a good job.

I love that I was able to get scheduled within the week, the tech was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the entire process and my carpets are extremely clean and there was no residue left behind!
This was my third time using Zerorez. The technician kept me informed on when he would arrive at my home. He properly introduced himself when he arrived. He wore shoe covers, explained cleaning process, and did a superb job!
Also, the technical was very respectful, friendly, and courteous. I really appreciated that he offered me a pair of shoe covers for me to use until the carpet was dry. Nice :)
