Got the job done. Employee was polite and listened to where I thought the bad areas were. He was aware of my budget constraints and took care of my carpet cleaning needs. The equipment blew a breaker in my electrical box of which Zerorez said they would reimburse me for the breaker purchased from Home Depot. Good people, good company and good service.

I pointed out an area that needed attention and it appeared it wasn’t even touched. I think it is where the customer had to move the bed over but Zerorez staff must not have gone back to clean the area after we moved bed. He had already supposedly finished the room and most of the areas before he told us he does not move any furniture at all, ever. Despite previous staff shifted the bed without objection. This idea that sliding a single piece of furniture is not possible, yet not telling customer they were not going to do it and leaving the room as though it was finished is ridiculous. The Zerorez staff was respectful otherwise.

Floor is still wet 30 hours later, i asked to have an area rug done as well and it didnt get done. I wasn’t advised the additional 45$ for stain treatment. The edges of carpet are also untouched. Overall disappointed

Not all the vents were cleaned as agreed. He completely ignored the kitchen vents and the major vent heating the basement office.
He arrived very late (after 4:30) and spent little time. I had taken a half-day off from work so as to be here during the "window" of 12 noon to 4 PM. Our home was last on his list of 3.
He had no way to empty the waste container he said, so our house lint went directly onto the top of two other homes' debris. The efficiency of the vacuum was likely affected.
This was a very expensive, partial cleaning.
The technician was eager to please and very considerate, but It appears that he was poorly trained and had very little experience.
If you want to make things right, you should refund at least half of what I paid, which was $299.

I had to spend nearly $700 in carpet cleaning 800 sq ft. I originally paid nearly $400 the first time and the second them when you came back out it was my only option to pay that another $255. So I feel like I got ripped off, should have been a quote the first time then maybe I wouldn’t have cleaned them and just replaced.

Carpets didn't look fresh and clean, they were soaked for two days! Not impressed at all especially paying 450 bucks. Honestly I'd like to have a refund and use someone else
