I made my appointment online, received confirmation reminder the day before about appointment. Waited the 4 hours of the appointment time, finally called to ask if someone was still coming since it was past the scheduled time, was informed of a glitch and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Clinician who came to my home stated did not know of any issues. Very expensive for the cleaning. Have used zerorez a few times before but this seemed very disorganized and no apologies offered.

Appointment was between 2-6 T.J. was here by 3:20. He was very professional, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. It didn’t take long and our carpets look/feel amazing. We will be scheduling an appointment for next year.

Jamey is an excellent tech and extremely professional. I am not the easiest of people to please and he not only was extremely professional but remained calm at all times and did a great job

I like the lack of chemicals used and therefore there was no chemical residue or smell. My family has severe allergies and they had no reaction to the cleaning. Also your representative was friendly and courteous and honest and helpful and let me know upfront the process and the costs involved. And as for the carpets they are now very clean and smell good. Thank you very much for all the hard work it took and for the quality of the end result.

It was really easy to order and a technician was scheduled for the day after I called! Ben is a credit to Zerorez! He's a great worker and explained the different options well. We hope to schedule him again for some other areas of the house.

He did a very thorough job and paid a lot of attention to detail. Once the house is sold and I obtain another, I would definitely request that he be the one who takes care of me. Such a delightful young man.

I was very impressed by Devin. He was extremely nice and professional. I was also very pleased with the job he did. He was able to get the spots out and the hardwood floor looked better than it has since I lived in the home. I’m very thankful it turned out so well as the house went on the market that Friday. carpet still has an odor even after additional carpet applications were purchased. not too content with the odor completely understand the possibilities of the outcome however I expected a bit more in regards to the pricing and quality as mentioned on advertisement. Not to say the technician did not do a good job, they did! I just expected more out of the product and cleaning. unfortunately to me i cant say that I received in return what i paid for, considering my home has strong odor.

Mathew did great work and was thorough. The rug is 22 years old and he made it look good again. He was very upfront about what would & wouldn’t come out.
