The young man who came to my home was very professional. This was the best my carpet has looked since it was new. I have recommended Zerorez to my friends, thou many already use the service. I told them about the no chemicals added, so you can walk across the carpet without the sticky feel on your feet.

I am generally happy with the service. I got an appointment right away and it was quick. The technician was polite and got right to work. However, there is a darker spot in my bedroom that looks like wasn’t vacuumed up or what ever the process is. Since I have such a hard time getting off from work, I am going to live with it. The other two bedrooms are wonderful!

You give too wide of a window for arrival times. Then you have to change them . I ealize now, to plan to request the 1st appt so I know exactly when it will be done.
