Christian did a great job, was patient, respectful, and kindhearted. We will surely use you guys again and were unaware of some of the other services that are offered. Doesn't take long to dry and the carpet looks great.
Are carpets were left with a abunch of lines and all around doesnt look as good as we have been told you guys do. So very disapointed. Wont be recomending zero rez snytime soon

Although I would 100% recommend you for carpet cleaning- I wasn’t even aware my sofa was cleaned. It wasn’t damp/wet- and I had to vacume between the cushions after the technician left. I asked him if he cleaned it- he said yes, but I had to clean it again afterwards. Not worth the high dollar paid for the couch cleaning.
Zerorez delivered the best carpet cleaning experience I think I've ever had - and a fraction of the price I've paid for other cleaning services, none of which got carpet this clean.
Daniel was amazing! In and out in about 2 hours; was so contentious! Every trouble spot he hit - he made sure to ask if we were satisfied.

Quality service, competitive costs
The technician arrived on time (they communicated really well, calling frequently with updates), was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job. It will cost a bit more than you are quoted because you have to pay for each add on that you would think is part of the cleaning process. Regardless, after my pet had diarrhea on my carpet, Zerorez eliminated the smell and discoloration as if it didn't happen. There is a minimum amount you must pay before they'll provide service but is worth it.
Like the fact that harsh chemicals aren't used.
My Carpets look Amazing better than they did when I bought my house and the tech was fast and knowledgeable. The only surprise was I was quoted 109 for the cleaning and when they got here I paid $45 for the hall and 45 for the living room for a few pet stains when I had endulged that in the beginning and was not told of the extra charge? I was just told to let the tech know when he got here. Other than the surprise charges the quality was excellent.
