Carpets were the wettest I have had. Seemed like the time wasn’t spent extracting the water out of the carpet. Also a couple of noticeable stains still remain that I was sure would have come out.

Zerorez is very professional and courtesy to interact with. The specialist arrived on time and worked quickly to do the work requested. Sam checked all the carpets to find any stains that might be a problem and once satisfied on the work needed got right to it.
Alex is a very friendly technician. He did a very good job cleaning my carpets and offered solutions to problem areas.
