Lack of effort by tech. Perception was he didn't want to be at the house. Have had worse carpets come with better results.

Scheduling is easy, the technicians (we had Josh) are professional, nice, knowledgeable and spend time answering questions. The carpets and upholstery are thoroughly cleaned and look amazing when they’re done.
I paid extra to treat the carpet for animal smells. If anything, it made the smell worse.

Got here quickly
I got the special room deal. When they showed up it was extra to “clean” areas that were heavy traffic or possibly stained
The price for this was very high extra. I asked to just clean normal. After that left it was terrible and I had to rent a carpet cleaner and do it myself the same day. I was able to get most of the problem areas clean. Every time I dumped the vacuumed water it was filthy and this was right after you cleaned it. I could have saved cost and did it myself for less than half of what I paid.

On Friday 10/3/25 we had one room cleaned. The carpet was left sopping wet and remained that way through the weekend, developing a strong odor. Your team returned on Monday and Tuesday to address the issue, but each time more liquid was applied with minimal extraction. The carpet remained wet and the odor persisted.
We called on Wednesday morning and left a message at 6:30 AM, but received no response. After calling again at 11 AM, we were given inconsistent information — no manager was available, or perhaps a manager was calling in later, but we’d need to wait 24 more hours for anyone to come back to address the carpet and find a resolution. We were even told to “appreciate” that employees were being contacted on their day off. The handling of this situation was unprofessional, argumentative, and lacked any real urgency or solutions.
Despite being told we’d receive a call back by the end of the day, no one followed up until 11 AM the next day. By then, we had lost confidence in Zerorez’s ability to remedy the situation.
We contacted ServPro, who assessed the carpet’s moisture level at 99%. They promptly extracted all excess moisture, applied proper cleaning techniques, and used industrial fans and a dehumidifier. Within 24 hours, the carpet was clean, dry, and odor-free.
While we did receive a refund of $357 from Zerorez, we had to pay $500.80 out of pocket to repair the damage caused by your team’s inadequate service. 
Given this, I am requesting Zerorez reimburse the difference between the amount we originally expected to pay for a simple carpet cleaning and the full cost we ultimately incurred to correct your mistake.
This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be using or recommending Zerorez in the future. I am unclear whether this was an issue with your extraction equipment or process, but having a team apply significant water with minimal extraction across three visits is clearly a failed approach.

Crew was on time. Did great work and got me ready to move into my new to me house. JOSH AND Jordan were very thorough and explained what they were doing and let me know about other services they provide. Great job, professional, friendly. I highly recommend Zerorez.
