The employer was super knowledgeable and very polite, did his job quickly and seemed efficiently and kept me informed
I felt like it was a great scheduling system and the tech that came out was great and professional and efficient. I was disappointed in the rocking chair and the rug cleaning. I bought some folex after the cleaning and was able to get the stain out quickly with that. So it made me question what kind of pre treatment was used on the rug and chair.
Liked their process carpets were not left real wet - Riley was wonderful and caring

The technician was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person. The cleaning wasn’t up to my standard. None of the stains were removed. While I understand some of these stains wouldn’t be able to be removed (pet stains), I was able to use my own steam cleaner and remove the stains with little work.

My son recommended that my husband and I use Zerorez Tri-Cities to clean our carpets. When I saw a representative, Rosa at the Home Shoe in Pasco this year, she made it so easy to schedule an appointment. Their estimated cost was very good. The day of our appointment, Zerorez stayed in contact with me to give me an estimated time for the arrival of the cleaner. When he arrived, Josh introduced himself and I immediately liked him. He was polite, easy to converse with, and was interested in the job to be done. Josh asked if I would like to have the protection put on my carpets and I quickly confirmed that it was a great idea. Josh did a phenomenal job cleaning, and in the future, I would request Josh. Josh and Zerorez get a 10 rating from my husband and I!

I prefer the non-detergent approach with high pH water to clean carpets, rugs, upholstery. I think Zerorez has the best offering out there including experienced technicians.

The Tech came and completed the cleaning in a very timely manner. He was very personable and professional. The carpets came out beautifully and are super clean after he completed the job. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
My carpets always look great after they have been cleaned by Zerorez. I always tend to get along well with the individuals and they always listen to my concerns. My carpet dries quickly, I don't have to wait 24 hours to be placing furniture back in place.

The technician, Josh, did an outstanding job on our couch. He was incredibly thorough, kept us updated about any issues that he was having challenges with, and was extremely intentional and thorough. We valued his professionalism and attention to detail. our 14-year-old couch looks as good as new.
