The head tex. said he got out the paint spots in the rug and Did Not. Also I think one was new because the main guy was telling him to do thing and when he was not doing that he was looking at his phone.

The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning made my very old carpet look new again!
I hired the team to clean my air ducts. It was such bad service that I cancelled my appointment for my 2nd house. According to the technician once here, he couldn’t clean vaulted ceiling vents nor could he take the machine up stairs. So half my house wasn’t cleaned but still paid full price (a HEFTY full price). He took forever because he was too busy talking about his personal life. To top it off, the rig leaked oil in my driveway. After calling to provide feedback same-day, they sent him back out to clean the oil, which looked like he dabbed it with a napkin. Stain is still there. I was told a manager would follow up with me and no one did. So I canceled my second house appointment, which was going to be full house carpet, dryer vent and air ducts, and hired another company.
Wow! Where do I start?
First, ZeroRez acknowledged my estimate request quickly and followed up for scheduling. They answered all my questions in preparation for the technician's arrival.
Next, there was excellent communication as the appointment approached. On the day of the work, I was kept up to date on arrival time, etc.
The tech arrived on time (during the earlier part of the window).
The tech, Corey, was polite, professional, and pleasant. He helped me confirm the estimate and explained the cleaning process.
Now, the best part: Corey spent nearly three hours on a 360sqft tile cleaning. He cleaned it completely twice and hand-scrubbed the grout lines. He worked like a Trojan until the job met his standards and my expectations.
This company is exceptional!

The two gentlemen that treated our rug and tiled areas did a great job. I like that that the rug cleaning solution does not attract dirt like other products do.
