I designed my own save the date on Canva and wanted to make it into a magnet. When I was looking into a bunch of companies, I found decals.com which had great prices. I was able to reach out and ask all the questions I needed to before submitting my order. They provided me a proof and when I received them, they were absolutely perfect. And a week after receiving my order, I received a hand written letter thanking me for placing my order with them. All around great experience!

If was not for Chris Pothen in the customer service department I would not have been able to complete this banner. All I had was picture of our old banner and Chris helped me through the process of sending him the picture and how to get the graphics needed. I’m technically challenged and he made it seem easy. And all the while being courteous and professional.

Ordering through banners.com was easy. I arranged the banners on the website and requested a proof sent. I received a call from Travis saying the proof was sent to my email. I needed a slight change and Travis helped me get the change done and I approved the proof. Very easy process and very professional.
