I had never ordered a banner before. I also couldn't figure out how to put the Instagram logo into the text box, so instead I put the Instagram name - which made the text box too long and interfered with the grommet placement. Julia H called me and was very helpful at answering my questions and she did the logo bit for me. She sent me the proof promptly and after approval your company completed my order very quickly. My daughter (recipient) is thrilled with it. Thank you.

Customer support was above and beyond. From beginning to end I was helped with any questions that I had and was even notified on a couple things. I am impressed with this company and will definitely be using them again. I have not received my decals as of yet due to them being in process of creating them but I’m sure they’re going to look fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to others. PS: And the best part it’s not an automated machine your talking to you, it’s an actual person just like it use to be in the past. That’s a definite plus for any company!
