What did you like about your ordering experience?

The whole process was really supportive and clear to follow.

1. The website was very accessible and the supporting videos with resources made it simple to understand. (The only thing that would have made it clearer is to know if the transparent stickers were made as a whole unit or if each part needed to be peeled separately--or providing an option to choose).

2. The prices were very fair compared to other custom sticker work options.

3. The uploading process worked well, the challenge was to have the right format for a vector, however, Decals.com offers to reformat your file, which made it very convenient to use. Feedback would be that the final payment/file upload screen did not "show" the file I uploaded before paying, so I had to go on trust that it would be correct (it was), but if there could be another layer to assure the design and files were correct before payment would be great.

4. I was assigned a Decals.com customer service specialist who supported the whole process and made sure that the design was what I needed. She had very clear, compassionate, and timely communication through both email and phone.

5. The revision process was simple and Decals.com made it feel that it was a collaborative process.

6. After submitting the final design, the sticker came much quicker than I anticipated, which was great! The packaging was cared for, and included instructions to make sure it was installed correctly.

7. The stickers themselves are of high quality, were simple to peel from the backing, and easy install correctly--and they look great!

I would highly recommend Decals.com and look forward to the possibility to collaborate with them again.

I especially want to thank Katie Bracewell for her guidance throughout the process. She was a wonderful Customer Service Representative!

At first I was frustrated at the lack of communication. I submitted an online request on a Friday. I did not receive any confirmation that the request was received. By Monday afternoon I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called, spoke to a service rep who connected me to the salesperson's voicemail. I left a message and waited 24 hours for a response that did not come. I decided to give it one more try, called again, and this time was put through to Whitney. She was very communicative and helpful and pushed to get our decals produced in time.

An email confirmation with an order or quote number would be helpful so that a) people know the request was received and b) the information can be quickly located by customer service when someone does need to call.

At first, I was hoping I wasn't spending the money to get a decal and have to send it back to wait again, but once we spoke to someone working on our design it was a great relief that we would be expecting exactly what we imagined our decal to look like! I would recommend anyone with a specific design to get your decals here!
