It was a good experience creating the banner. It arrived in the mail yesterday and we are happy with it. The only thing is that at one point we were told that it would be wrapped in a tube; however, it was wrapped in plastic and then in a cardboard box. The cardboard box was damaged in one corner. However, no damage to the banner. How about a tube within the cardboard box?
