I provided an updated imagery file, which they used, and the banner came out great. The phone calls and follow-up emails assured me that the kind of product I sought was the one Banners provided.

What did you like about your ordering experience?

The ordering experience was good, easy to use and quick. I was a little disappointed with the print lamination. a couple wrinkles and a blemish in the graphic. The shipping company beat up the box but the print was still usable as it will be ten feet up in the air and outside away from people looking closely. If this was indoor and visible at eye level, I am not sure I would have used it.

I was able to call in and talk to a real person.

Ordering strictly online was confusing because information isn’t linked in an intuitive manner for someone who doesn’t normally order decals.

Being able to talk to a representative who could explain technical questions and speak for the company process made me a lot more comfortable proceeding.

Ordering was smooth and easy! I was able to talk with Codi before ordering and she walked me through the process and was patient and understanding through my one million questions! I needed this order rushed and she worked on it immediately, which I really loved! Made the order process feel more personal.

After production, the stickers looked great! Quality was great, the backs were easy to peel, they stuck wonderfully to the helmets they were ordered for.

The ONLY issue is that I was accidentally shorted one sticker, however I reached back out to Codi and she walked me how to get the issue resolved via their website.

The company overnighted the sticker to me which was such a huge relief, because Lord knows it would have saved them a ton to just refund the sicker cost.

Incredibly grateful for their customer service and quality. Cannot wait to use them again on my next project!

Given that a storm had brought your system down, the help I received from Sammy (who answered my phone call) was invaluable. She is a wonderful public face of Banners.com--without her help I might have given up (indeed, the order system came online just after she promised to have someone call m e as soon as it did--and then there it was and I was able to submit my order in a timely way.
