Customer service noticed that the yard signs I ordered were too large for the H type stakes I also ordered. They contacted me and we adjusted the size of the signage as I can't physically install signage on rebar or stakes. Good catch and saved me time and money by paying attention to the details. Easy to order online from sizing to uploading art. Then I was contacted by phone to answer a question about my order and immediately sent the proofs. Bravo! My only complaint is that the differences among decal types (such as benefits and applications of each) is not very clear.

The technician was very patient with my changes leading up to my approved banner.
I like that it was an easy process. Also, I made a mistake on the address for delivery. I was able to call back and speak to a person who was able to get the address corrected for me.
