Emma was an amazing help as we moved through the proof process. The decals arrived yesterday and they are fantastic. The work was top notch and the process and shipping was quick. Emma sent a handwritten personalized thank you note that I received separately from the decal shipment that was very much appreciated and a beautiful personal touch. Customer service at its best!

I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to design the decal. I called Customer Service and Andrea Bjornson was a huge help. She was helpful, patient, kind, professional and spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me to get me what I wanted. In our world, where customer service is lacking, this experience gave me hope that maybe things can get better.

I appreciate the timely and thorough email communicate and the process that decals.com goes through to make sure that my order is going to turn out how I have in mind. I don't know the ins and outs of decal vocabulary but they are the experts and they help me with figuring out just the right thing.

Someone from Banners.com called me to clarify my timeline, which saved the product from arriving later than I needed it. Had she not reached out, my item would have arrived late-and it would have been my fault-but she caught it and called me to clarify. That service went above and beyond in my opinion!!

What did you like about your ordering experience?

Used the design service for a new banner for our shop, and it came out better than expected! Everything went smoothly and the banner came quickly! It took longer to find someone to put it up and repair the old sign, but it is finally up and we look like a real shop! Joe at Banners.com was great to work with and I love the new sign!
