The software used to place an order was easy for a 77 year old retired male to use. Uploading my JPEG file was really quick. Customer service answered my questions and confirmed what the banner would include.
I liked the user friendly customization, and when I didn't specify a background Seth reached out and gave me his recommendation. He also sent a very nice "Thank You" letter after fulfilling my order.

Fast, quality decals. Only reason it's not a 10 is I had a couple that had one peice that had the white backing on part of it.
Banners.com's website was so easy to navigate and even easier to create. I know my picture wasn't the best resolution but was good with how it would look and clicked "send to production" instead of having a professional look it over beforehand. Instead, they looked it over and called me and said that because it was a banner to be viewed from a distance it would be fine. I really appreciate them taking the time and going the extra mile to make sure I understood what my banner would look like. To make matters even better, I received confirmation that my order was shipped within 24 hours of placing my order! I can't wait to see the final product in person, but I know it will be quality made!

Customer service was the best I've had in a while. They were timely with responses and didn't treat me bad bc I didn't know the difference between a die-cut and kiss-cut. I had tried 2 other companies that said what I wanted just could not be done but Decals made it happen. My package came WAYYYYY before the agreed delivery date. I will definitely use them for future stuff
