This has been an one of the best companies to work with. Fast shipping. Only had 1 issue and it was very small but they took care of it immediately.

However, was disappointed when I got an email that said there was a 15% off for a week. I replied to that email never got any acknowledgment or reply back. Finally had to send an email to the first person who did my very first order with banners.com and that person was no longer at your company and thank goodness, someone saw the email and replied back to me that that person was no longer with the company! Other than that problem, everything else went great! New rep did great job! Hope to do more business in the future but if you send out promotions reply to them!!

Communication is excellent
Excellent customer service. This company is great because if they notice a error or anything they will reach out immediately, to try and fix whatever it may be before making anything. For example if you send them a pic and have the wrong size banner selected they will tell you what size it will look better at and etc.
The banner was perfect! Design process was easy. Shipping was fast. Can't wait to use it tomorrow in my first vendor show!

I was able to talk to a human being on the phone.
The service was prompt and personal. My daughter spoke with Julia in regard to some concerns about the design. We appreciated that she contacted us immediately when she noticed something in the image we sent when it was enlarged. It turned out to be something very minor, but we were very impressed by the attention to detail that was shown by Julia. I would definitely recommend Banners and will use them again in the future.
Upgrading my company car new logo. Fast efficient and great price. Very easy to install. I used the 3M decals for longevity. Time will tell but had a great experience and great customer service.
