Ordering process was very easy, and customer service after the fact to make sure my order was just right, was superb.
It was easy, stuff saved in my cart some websites it disappears after a day or so and I have to reset the project, which takes me forever because I build fences, not so great at graphics haha but it was easy to order them, I have not received them yet but ordering was smooth

I want to commend Andrea Bjornson on her excellent customer service. The artwork I sent for my window clings was not showing the correct fonts because I hadn't formatted it correctly, so she sent me to steps to take in order to reformat it and ensure that the product looked great, which they did. I also appreciate the quality of the clings and the quick turnaround. Will definitely use Decals.com again.

I've been in management and leadership roles for decades. People speak of customer service, passion etc. and then there's nada.... Decals.com is without a doubt one of a handful of companies over the decades that blows away their promise. I was contacted several times over an error I made. They wanted to make sure I was happy and the job was right. Seriously? I'm blown away. Someone needs to do a scholarly paper on this company - they define integrity and customer service at some core level that can't be faked. You guys have my business forever !!!
