I worked designing decals online but had contact with Katie who answered all my questions and gave her input.
Ordering was easy and turn around time was very prompt.
After I placed my order online I received a call from Katie explaining a problem she was trying to prevent from happening due to the measurements and graphics I submitted. Having experience in desktop publishing, I understood exactly what she was talking about. The graphics I submitted were intentionally made to look old and the measurements I provided would have caused some distortion in the end product. I was very pleased that she wanted the result to be the very best possible. That's what I call professionalism and is what often is missing these days when dealing with some companies. So, thank you very much Katie for paying attention to detail.

I got a call from customer service as soon as I place my order to verify everything that I wanted and they were timely and the product quality is excellent
I was very pleased with the whole experience. The picture appeared a little blurry on my screen, so I chose to have a a member of their team look it over before printing. Within minutes, I received an email from Nick confirming that everything looked great on his end and asked if we wanted to proceed. It was shipped quickly and everything looked amazing. I ordered a few decals but I'm not a graphic designer so wasn't sure about my graphic uploads. They uploaded great and I got several e-mails from a representative about how they took the initiative to resize one so it wouldn't look stretched. They also suggested a different cut that would be a better fit for the design I had. I was sent a proof along with it to approve and I felt very appreciative that they would take the time to "correct" my order so that it would look it's best! Thank you!
