On our first attempt, the graphic didn't meet the transfer cut requirements. Liz let us know where the shortcomings were and canceled the order upon request as we worked up a new copy. After we sent an updated version, its print-worthiness was immediately confirmed and a proof was sent. Smooth, frictionless ordering, I look forward to seeing the decals.
The professionalism I received was outstanding. They reviewed my order, did not process until I had approved the order, I was personally contacted to make sure I was satisfied.
