Somehow I uploaded the wrong color of my decal. I was contacted by Ashley to confirm the color of my decal before they printed it incorrectly.
The decals arrived quickly and look great.

I thought it was interesting that the team member who was helping me couldn't remove the background on the pictures and make them have transparent backgrounds, instead they told me that they couldn't make the banner style I wanted unless I removed the backgrounds, then made them transparent. I think a company with the capability to make banners and edit photos would be able to remove backgrounds for clients. This added additional time onto our banners resulting in us not having them in time for our first game even thought we paid for overnight shipping.

The banners.com website made it very easy to create my signs. There were so many choices, and a lot of beautiful templates and backgrounds to choose from. The process was very quick and easy. And the service after I submitted, my order was outstanding! A rep contacted me to make sure that everything was just as I wanted, and even had a suggestion to make my sign better and to ensure I had all the hardware that was needed. It was a great experience!
