I designed my own save the date on Canva and wanted to make it into a magnet. When I was looking into a bunch of companies, I found decals.com which had great prices. I was able to reach out and ask all the questions I needed to before submitting my order. They provided me a proof and when I received them, they were absolutely perfect. And a week after receiving my order, I received a hand written letter thanking me for placing my order with them. All around great experience!

If was not for Chris Pothen in the customer service department I would not have been able to complete this banner. All I had was picture of our old banner and Chris helped me through the process of sending him the picture and how to get the graphics needed. I’m technically challenged and he made it seem easy. And all the while being courteous and professional.

These decals are going on a boat and have to look just right. The customer service rep Chris Pothen was fantastic. After sending him a new image, he adjusted the proof himself and made sure the final product was just what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend working with him. Well done!

So far great experience. Seth Glaser reached out to me right away explaining the difference between die cut and transfer cut to make sure I received what I wanted. Once I answered Seth was on it and entered my order right away. It was a pleasure working with Seth and really appreciate is communication and getting things done quickly. Due to Seth's performance, I will be a returning customer.
