It was a very nice touch receiving a hand written thank you note for my order. The magnets came out perfect. These are a memorial picture for a passed loved one. Everyone will love their magnet when they see them!

I live in MN and ordered my trailer decals at the end of January beginning of February. I have received the decals but have not opened the box yet. I'll probably open them today just to look at them but I will not apply them to my trailer until the weather warms up.

Consequently, there is a lot that I cannot speak to yet in regards to the appearance and/or quality of the decals.
I was prompted to take this survey and leave this feedback via an email that was sent to me, otherwise, I would not have thought to do it until I had a complete idea of my experience.

The ordering experience was painless. I got some good information from the website but needed clarification and further help to fee confident in ordering.
Decals.com representative Taylor responded to my email very quickly.
I worked on this project intermittently over two weeks and sent Taylor emails sporadically over this time period, he/she always replied immediately, very friendly, and answered all of my questions.

After placing my order the decals showed up as expected and Taylor sent me an email thanking me for my purchase.
I was surprised to find that Taylor also mailed a postcard to me, with the Decals.com logo on it, on which Taylor hand-wrote a long note to me expressing gratitude for my business.

I have no doubt my decals will be great, and if they are not, Taylor will help me to figure it out. These decals are for a small company I have started and will work with my 15-year-old son. I expect it to grow. When the business puchases its own truck, or when we change or update our logo, I'll definitely be going to decals.com for more decals.

Customer service is everything, decals.com has it.

So this was my first banner getting printed and its for a special event so I wanted it to turn out the first time so I spent the couple of extra dollars to have them review how it looked and send me a proof to review. They contacted me with a couple of recommended changes which were easily made and it turned out perfect.
