The ordering instructions were clear and concise. As this was my first time ordering such a product. I had to research a few terms to understand the options, but they made it easy. Even better, when they started to process my order, they had questions about my special instructions. A very nice person called me and discussed my specific needs, ensuring they understood what I wanted. The proof copy they sent exactly matched my request. I am anxiously awaiting my order's arrival. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
