Trek Highland Park is my trusted bike shop for getting repairs done the right way. I have trusted them with my bike before two Ironman World Championship races. Incredible “bike shop”. Calling this place a bike shop is like saying a 3 Star Michelin restaurant is a nice place to eat. This is a 3 Star Michelin Bike Boutique! Amazing place, amazing staff, lots of inventory to choose from. Highly recommend Trek Highland Park for novices and tenured lifelong bike enthusiasts such as myself. Whether it is purchasing a bike or accessories, or requiring service on a bike, I always leave feeling so confident and satisfied about the friendliness, expertise and professionalism I received from the visit. And though that criteria outranks price, I've always found the pricing to be straightforward and fair.

Really appreciate friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with timely and good value service on my bike. When I need a fix before a ride, they’re often able to prioritize it while I wait. Since I don’t have a back-up bike, nor live in the immediate neighborhood, this is a huge benefit, and keeps me coming back.
