Torsten at the Highland Park Trek was very helpful with my spring tune up for our bikes. For a fee, Trek picked up 2 bikes and delivered them back to our house. I will say, I think the $50 charge is a little steep for someone who lives 2 miles from the store, but it was easier than trying to load a tandem into our car. Torsten and his team looked over our bikes and sent us an email quote with a full breakdown of everything each one needed. They did a great job and we are ready for summer!!
I will also say, I was super busy with work during this process and I wasn't so good at getting back to them and Torsten was very good at following up in a friendly way. Highly recommend the Trek in Highland Park.

Kaden helped me out right away. Had some brake pads off of my wife's bike that we bought at Costco 7 years ago in AZ. I had a sample, he said they had them and came right back with enough to take care of the whole bike. Came to a grand total of $16.02 with tax. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back to this bike shop.

You had quick turnaround, explained the services being performed on my bike, explained best maintenance plan based on usage of my bike and even showed me my brake lines were stretched before we even left when we dropped the bike off. I felt the service plan that I picked was fair priced and was super impressed to get my bike back all cleaned up. Took it for my first ride of the year today on the bike path and rode 11 miles. The bike shifted like a dream as if it was brand new and brakes worked great.
