Having been to both stores KC and staff are very knowledgably across the spectrum, so if you are seeking tech data related to a certain brake set up let's say, no problem. Same conforms to general bike knowledge, cycling history, trends and your preferences! Puts the LBS into focus!

Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, store is well stocked. We have purchased several bikes from this location and have had repairs and maintenance performed there. Overall excellent experience.
I took my e-bike in for a Firmware update, possible new tires, and possible tune up. They checked it on the spot, said I didn't need new tires yet, and only suggested a basic clean and adjustment. I appreciated the attention, honesty and savings.
