Courteous & knowledgeable.
Total lack of communication early on in the NAR, et al lawsuits and zero updates upon the October verdict. No heads up or communication regarding the class action settlement postcards that went out to consumers in early February. No information still to this day regarding MRED and what changes we might be seeing as a result of the NAR settlement. Absolutely no mention of the impact of the NAR settlement on MRED since they are excluded. MORe and MRED have been silent on all of it except for a video or 2 recently that basically didn’t amount to any information. Yet I see that the senior level staff all had a fabulous time in San Diego at a recent conference. That doesn’t help the members at all. You should be doing much better for your members considering all of the dues they pay. No transparency and no value from MORe. Perhaps I should have given it a “2” instead of a “5”.
This is a very professional organization where you can get all your questions answered.
Great location and plenty of parking.
Fees are too high.
Easy to work with
Mls data should not be shared with websites like zillow, redfin etc. I pay for mls they do not but yet to get leads I pay zillow.....that is not fair.
Professional customer service and resources
Well run organization that helps me run my business.
Entire realtor association failed to protect my interest. They settled and don’t have a plan for realtors. Other than the mls, which now will get replaced, what value do I get for the money I have to pay?
Make our website more user friendly.

Technology needs to be updated
It’s the best around!!!
The staff is always able to answer question.
The communication from the association and educational opportunities are elite!
I am totally disappointed with NAR and MLS and all the associations that I am affiliated with on my behalf that how my profession was not represented properly.
Fees are too high.
Education resources.
Fees. And the federal law suit.
As a new agent, it’s clear to me that Mainstreet wants to help all Realtors succeed, regardless of years of experience.
Strong communication.
I have never understood the value that mainstreet brings…any training that I need can be done elsewhere and for less money…
After a recent call, I was on hold, transferred, put on hold again, and then subsequently I had to leave a voicemail. I was calling about an issue that should not have been, if MORE was doing there job.
No idea what I am paying for.
The fees are very expensive. Especially for someone that’s new to the profession.
Up to date information on any subject. Great education. Everyone is active and involved in real estate matters. Quick response for any questions.
What exactly do you do for me that I can't get from Zillow? Now, with the NAR sellout, I feel betrayed. You spend PAC money on woke agenda, DEI agenda and leftist garbage and perversions, then sellout to a bunch of greedy attorneys who charge 33% commission.
What a pathetic business model.
Thank you for continuing to keep me up to date on all important information
Always informative

I’m not exactly disappointed I think I’m just a little neutral. Maybe I don’t see the value.??
