When you call Mainstreet you get an answer very quickly. If they can not answer immediately they get back to you soon a they have the answer. They are swift and knowledgable.
You seem to offer an answer for anything a agent would need an answer to.

The Tinley Park office does not have access to many of the better quality classes, instructors and special events that take place in Downer's Grove, Arlington Heights and Libertyville.
Most of the time it is very time consuming and inconvenient to travel to the other Mainstreet locations to access better quality classes that offer very valuable information and subject matter.
It makes sense to offer all classes and events to all members at every location. Having satellite access is better than having no access at all.
