What could we do to improve?

I get the impression that I am always bothering people when I contact Mainstreet for a question or guidance. It would be helpful for employees to not seem as if we are bothering them with questions.

your fees are too much I am a Indiana agent and you are so much more than them and your services are less and the market is much better there reduce the fees quit raising them for less services

Your charges make it very difficult to keep our new people. Your service is WAAAAAAAAY overpriced.How do you get off charging this much money? You have created a monopoly and some day someone will get a huge judgment against you. Save your money you will not last long.
