Educational services
Seems to be a yearly thing. Majority of Chicago or small office Brokers are not professional.
No cancellation of appointments. They just dont show up. It's rare to get feedback. So many deals are falling apart because the lenders their buyers are choosing cant get the buyer approved. My daughter is getting into Real estate. No way will she get her Illinois license. She will go to Indiana where the Realtors are more professional.

Dues are ridiculous as I feel there is no real benefit to being a member. However, I have NO CHOICE!
I have not used any other listing service so I am unable to make a comparison.

I think one of the best services you provide is continuing education classes. All of the instructors are well informed and able to make the classes interesting. Keep up the good work of offering some new topics!

You need to be able to send US mail not email for compliance requests and invoices.
No one awnsers the phone and if they do they just transfer to someones else that doesn't answer the phone

You hit me with a $100 fine that was never known nor disclosed in some recertification process that I was unaware. I have been a 1 person office since 1977 and retired since 2000 but I kept a membership for some unknown reason. I do not read emails since they are way too small on my phone and I am usually out of Illinois. No disclosure of fine, your email never mentioned a fine, your email was structured in such a way that after reading the top half, clearly did not apply to me, so I deleted it. You also sold the MLS information and I can get it on a myriad of other websites without have to pay annual fees. Consumers no longer need Realtors to get information.
Jen, in Arlington Hts is VERY capable and extremely helpful. She has always gone out of her way to help me and she's very proactive.
