Not enough free resources/webinars/courses for new agents. Not impressed.
The ease of using the computer and finding all of the information. Plus, when ever I have had a question, I am connected with a live person to speak with... I really appreciate that.

As an agent, I'm tired of our dues going up. I would like to see surveys asking us about our input on fees that are mandatory or voluntary. I just paid my MLS Dues that went up $25 for what? Next, I have to pay my annual Association dues that also went up.
I feel I'm not getting any more out of my association.

Fast response to questions
I have been a real estate agent for 30 years. I think that the dues are getting a bit out of reach for the vast majority of agents. While I do see an effort by your employees to field complaints efficiently and resolve issues I still feel that the increase in dues is unwarranted.
Easy
As I now only work part-time in real estate, i don't know what else could be improved on except the hearing/mediation process on cases between agents/companies and public. I have had two very bad experiences when the decisions were made by people that 1) haven't sold real estate in years and 2) don't have to give an explanation for their logic of how they determined their findings. I come from a law/court room background and that could never happen in the real world.
Very comprehensive support services and pertinent trainings
All other Realtor that I know are part of MORE.

Service is always quick and efficient. Staff is also professional and patient in regards to answering any questions or services needed for Agents/Brokers.
