The people who work in Arlington Heights are so friendly and helpful. I like the convenience of the CE Classes in Arlington and one time I had to cancel because of a need to help a client at the last minute and they refunded my money...very much appreciated.
The representatives are not very flexible and don't seem to care very much about its members. Case in point. The bi-annual fees and end of year Christmas like bonus of $500 dollars plus from each member. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the fees collected primarily for the benefit of the members? If so, there shouldn't be late fees period! Also, every year I ask about partial payments throughout the year so the "bite" at year's end won't sting as much. I receive the SAME response EVERY year. "We're not set up for that. I know five people that could set up that program in a couple hours. Call them yourself and notice their impatient tone for yourself.

Send the notice for dues a day or two before it is due instead of ripping us off with a threat after the due date has past.

A one day grace period on fees is not enough especially when you don't even mail us the invoice anymore.
I'm very disappointed that my mls access was suspended to to lack of reminders from you re dues! This is very important and should have been contacting members before suspension of accesss! Right now I have a client and I can't access my mls. Very poor communication!!!
