Well the voice message gave too fast information and when I went on line to help I got very helpful information. Thanks I was able to pay the bill.

Some how I missed my email notification about when dues are due. I made my payment ASAP online. I'm still waiting to be turned on to use MLS. I called MORE no one answers the phone. Just voicemail!! Stating you would call back within 24HRS!! Very unacceptable!!!

I never got an invoice for the dues that needed to be paid by 3/31/17 so as a result I was hit with a $25 late charge and a suspended account. An email should have been sent at the very least!

No paper invoices through the mail. Always late with my dues, always charged late fees. Can't get through on the phone so I can pay. Two days for a return phone call. Trying to pay online, no record of invoice to pay, can't pay it online! Stupid and now scrambling to pay it and I can't because you show nothing is owed.

I am not getting any emails regarding my MLS dues. I did receive an voicemail after it was too late and had to pay a $25 penalty. It would be nice to get voicemail prior to paying the penalty. I miss paper invoices.
