How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The ethics program has proven to be a complete failure. I filed an ethics complaint against a realtor for unauthorized access to my listing, theft of a lockbox key,theft of a real estate sign and lying and the committee ruled in her favor. I have sent emails to the state ethics chair with a copy to Kate Sax and others who have to date been unresponsive. I find that collectively these issues and lack of response are unacceptable. This issue is till unresolved.

What do you like about our association services?

You are current to new technology and I am always able to speak with someone on the phone when needed. I would also like to say "THANK-YOU" for refunding my late fee for our last dues installment. I am going through some very hard times from a medical situation and a lack of closings. I greatly appreciate your compassion and understanding. It is only $25, but it will help me.

The people who work in Arlington Heights are so friendly and helpful. I like the convenience of the CE Classes in Arlington and one time I had to cancel because of a need to help a client at the last minute and they refunded my money...very much appreciated.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The representatives are not very flexible and don't seem to care very much about its members. Case in point. The bi-annual fees and end of year Christmas like bonus of $500 dollars plus from each member. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the fees collected primarily for the benefit of the members? If so, there shouldn't be late fees period! Also, every year I ask about partial payments throughout the year so the "bite" at year's end won't sting as much. I receive the SAME response EVERY year. "We're not set up for that. I know five people that could set up that program in a couple hours. Call them yourself and notice their impatient tone for yourself.
