She was nice enough to walk me though
I deal mostly with the Arlington Heights office because it is closer & more convenient for me geographically & I always get the help I ask for. Jen Marquardt is very helpful & always returns calls or emails in a reasonable time frame. She also usually knows the answers to all my questions or is able to direct me where to find them. Also like that I can take my CE testing there.
promptness and accuracy
the efficiency. and quit response and courtesy of every one.

I hope people who help are more patient and willing to listen to us instead of keep explaining.
I feel it is unnecessary for your office to send out more than one email concerning MORe Advantage Fees, as my office received on March 20, 2017, just because you did not received the fee payment in the first week of March 2017, when your office sent the emailed request for fee payment. My office does not need to be reminded with additional emails, where your office is making it appear the agent is not making the fee payment for services by the due date. The fee is not due till March 27, 2017, if you are not paid by that date you can then be upset and send an invoice with any late charge. Thank you, First name removed N. Lots of training classes available and valuable advice in weekly e-mails/newsletters.
Everyone has always been helpful...
Do not like the way bills are transmitted. I almost missed a payment and my broker needed to send a reminder. I'm not sure why I didn't receive the invoice. If it comes with your newsletters, you need to get a better system.
need more training centers to bring new realtors up to speed faster and also some veteran realtors. Need for more one on one training.
HomeSnap wants more from me than they give. Not really sure what we received for the increase in annual dues.?
Its not a choice - it's a requirement.
responsive
I am not a realtor;however, I am an affiliate and I think this is a well run, professional organization that realtors and affiliates can learn, grow and promote themselves and their business in a social networking atmosphere. One of the nice things about it, is that it is an industry specific organization, that anyone involved in real estate can benefit greatly. I highly recommend it.
Timely and helpful.
Available on going training

The Availability to speak with a knowledgeable person on the first phone call. Fast accurate answers.
Quick efficient service.
Lower the huge amount of fees.
I never got a notice that I had a payment due or if I missed the first one, no reminder. Had to find out from my office.
Me personally, I'd like to see more classes offered in the evening.
Everything I need to work as a appraiser fast efficient
always professional and knowledgable
Accounting doesn't pick up the phone, or call back. One woman isn't enough, or shes too busy or lazy.
