No paper invoices through the mail. Always late with my dues, always charged late fees. Can't get through on the phone so I can pay. Two days for a return phone call. Trying to pay online, no record of invoice to pay, can't pay it online! Stupid and now scrambling to pay it and I can't because you show nothing is owed.
The ease of payment, updating of info, training offered

It is the only one I have ever known so the services seem fine to me.
Fees are a little higher than other organizations. Maybe giving deals for early birds.
Every time I call I can't reach anybody in particular. My agent also complaints about that. Even if I live a voice mail or sent an email there's still a delay with responding. No live support.
They act immediately & promptly to all our needs & problem.They were all nice .
You can get an answer to your needs very quickly from Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. They are producing updates and new programs quicker than we can try them or try to learn everything.
The Associate today was helpful. However I called yesterday and never received a call back
When dues are due, it would be helpful to receive a reminder closer to the due date, and have it due on the 1st of the month. I only received one reminder that it was due and it was sent 2 weeks before the due date and didn't even realize it was the 27th. Or even better if you could send a text message or something as a reminder. Thanks!

The question is: recommend Mainstreet to other real estate professionals? I don't believe I had a choice about this. It was just part of the package when signing on with Century 21. I am also still fairly new to the business and not even sure if there are other businesses out there to choose from.
Lower fees
When I needed to replace my card reader for Sentrilock, 2 women at the MORE office were very helpful. I appreciated the reminder call about my dues, as I thought I had paid them.
They are knowledgeable, supportive and have everything a Realtor will need to succeed.
Any tome I have needed to get answers, the people at Mainstream have always been there to help.

In a day and age where everything is done without human voice, I truly appreciate that I am able to call someone in to speak to someone on the phone instead of emailing or texting or filling out forms.
