I like the organized events and CE courses. Up until this last MLS dues notice, Notices were timely. Several people in our Libertyville, BHHS KoenigRubloff office, said they did not get the notice this time, including me.

The second fee should not be due in Dec. It runs into Christmas, and it is SO hard to pay that fee. The beginning of Nov would be better!

Every single day, I find errors in your housing descriptions. It's typically on split level
Home where basements are incorrectly reported. But I have also seen square footage issues wrong where on ranch homes you double the size or add basement bedrooms into the room count. I have been using this for over 15 years, I find it unbelievable how you call yourself a business yet your information is inaccurate 40% of the time. Often I put disclaimers in the report that this service is unreliable
& often wrong. If I reported information in my appraisals, I could be sued. You are the biggest joke in our industry & I wish you had competition so you might make some effort to correctly report information.
Move to a smaller less expensive office, lower staff volume,lower incomes of directors pass savings onto members.
I love the promptness. Whenever I have a questions, it is answered. When I need forms, they are one or two clicks away. I love the way I can track and pay my dues electronically. I also love the advance email alerts that allows me to plan when to pay my dues.
