As a LONG time member, I have always had good service from the MORE.
You just sent me a bill for almost 400USD for technology. This on top of the regular fees that I already pay. I am upset about this, as are many other agents that I have spoken to, which I am assuming may be the impetus of this feedback request. I do not use all of this technology. Why do we need to have 3 (or more) different ways to create market analyses. We should be able to opt in or opt out of these. Also, technology courses should be paid for individually, as with other classes.
Regarding education classes, I think it would be useful to run classes in the evenings at 6pm or so and on Saturdays as well. Other organizations do it and are successful with them.
Finally I don't think that we should charge so much for those who belong to other organizations when they take our CE classes, this is discouraging rather than encouraging outsiders to take classes. Other organizations charge just a few dollars. IF you are worried about outsiders taking too many spots, then simply stagger the enrollment dates for members and then non-members after an initial offering to members. As we all know these classes are all a source of revenue for the organization.
Our association is very large, which I believe allows them to provide very current technology for our ongoing use. They make themselves available for assistance at all levels. Looking out for the well being of the agents. Helping the agents understand and perform services in the best ethical environment.
Everyone I come into contact with is very helpful and professional. Now if we could only get the Realtors to subscribe to the same attitude we might have something.
They are always there when needed. I especially appreciate all of the new apps, etc., that help us do our job more efficiently.
