What do you like about our association services?

Want a great supportive association; then call Mainstreet immediately ! They are the most kind,
intelligent, helpful people in the Chicagoland area. I don't know of any other association in Illinois that is as helpful to the Real Estate Brokers.
No question is considered stupid and they are so considerate, if they don't know the answer they will direct you to the person who can help you.
Thank God for Mainstreet Association for Realtors, they are my support in the field of Real Estate.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. Really not getting what I pay for at all. CE classes should be offered online or at night and should be discounted for members!
2. Website is severely outdated and not user friendly at all.
3. Association should provide more guidance and support for new agents

What do you like about our association services?

Main Street is always very helpful when we call asking questions. As a newer agent, we did contract them frequently and they were able to assist and follow up with us via EMAIL. We have a great comfort level with Main Street personnel from the beginning of our real estate career and ongoing!
