How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Offer more training in the evening and more on the weekend for professionals who have a daytime job and I trying to transition from the old job to the real estate professional job

I went through board arbitration and it was not done properly. The person that was leading it did not have the expertise to run it.

What could we do to improve?

Reduce the fees! Especially for those who are on a team, where all transactions go through one member. 2nd member primarily handles marketing, admin, and backup tasks, not 2nd full line of business.
