I would suggest painting the lanes with arrows or having better signage to exit. We arrived around 1:00AM to pick up our car and although the lighting was good, it was hard to determine where to exit.
We didn't have to wait for pick up when we arrived to park our car nor at the airport when we arrived home. Service was quick and convenient.
Everyone is very polite and helpful. The shuttles are clean and they run often.

Customer service. Bus there as soon as I arrived. Having someone at the entrance/exit booth. I know if I have any problems they are very helpful-/not stuck at gate. Buses go often through the terminal cutting down long wait times

The driver was very helpful. He went out the way to assist the customers with their luggage. In some situations, those are large and heavy ones. I am very grateful for his and other drivers' efforts in their outstanding efforts.
