Drivers are courteous, online reservation process is fairly simple, appreciate the bottled water availability during the exit, proximity to the airport, and the ease of the shuttle coming to your vehicle within the parking facility.
Teddy was our driver upon return from our trip. He was very helpful in getting our luggage on and off the shuttle with a smile. He also drove around looking for our car as we misplaced our ticket. We thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with him.
Easy to park and get to the airport and pick up and delivered to my car is just as easy. Very short wait times.
I used the parking spot fly It was the closest parking lot to the airport. We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle service just a minute or two and the driver was very nice.

I appreciate the convenience and professionalism of your company. The promptness in picking me up in the parking lot and not having to wait long is a huge plus, and prompt pick-up at the airport is a definite +. I previously used the airport sanctioned/city of St. Louis sanctioned parking lots which were a bit cheaper, but I always ended up having to wait for long stretches of time.

I usually use Parking Spot 2, but recently used Parking Spot 1. The customer service and pick up and drop off experience was much better at Parking Spot 2!
