I like how easy it is to find a shuttle to get to and from the airport and the frequency of the shuttle arrivals. I also like the fact that the shuttle drivers take you right to your car and help with luggage.

2. Pick-up is quick and easy, and delivery to terminal is consistently quick
3. Pick-up at the airport is fast, seldom wait longer than a few minutes; and drop-off at car is equally efficient
4. Exit is easy and quick - the scanners always read my ticket without any issues. I very much like the exit away from the congestion at JFK and Greens Road.

The proximity to the airport location is ideal. It only takes a couple of minutes to get to and from the airport. Buses are always available when needed and the drivers are polite and helpful. It would be nice if the drop-off location was a little closer to the terminal.
