It’s very easy to book your reservation online. It’s very easy to get in and out using the QR code that is provided. I save it to my Apple wallet for easy access. The shuttles run constantly. So there is minimal wait time. Everyone we’ve come in contact with has been great.

Shuttle drivers are always super friendly and helpful. They have even waited till my car started to make sure I was all good. As a single woman who travels alone alot it is so nice to know I will be safe when I park here.
