EVERYTHING WITH THIS PLACE IS SO EASY!
The people are friendly, the pricing is great and it's just a pleasure to deal with. The only suggestion I would make would be that you should send a reminder text or something on the (coming back to get your car date) that tells you where to get the shuttle back to your car. I had to look that up on the app. b/c I had no idea what door I'd find it. Also, might be good to have them be in more than one spot- like I was at door 2 and the nearest door was door 10 so we were practically running to get there before the shuttle left. Maybe have them stop at 2, 7, 12 or something.

Easy to park. Shuttle is always right there ready for pick up at your car. When returning we never have to wait too long for a shuttle to go to the car. Drivers are always helpful. I usually have a discount code. I appreciate that!!

The quick pickup and drop-off. When arriving for a flight departure and then arrival back into Buffalo. We liked the water also upon exiting.
The drivers were friendly, safe, helpful and on time. When picking us up our driver asked if anyone was running late. I’m assuming to insure a first drop off. I throughly appreciated the free car was when leaving. I felt confident leaving my vehicle at this location.
